Limousine Service in North Bay, Ontario

Stars Luxury Limousine Services is family owned and has been serving North Bay, Ontario for over 10 years. We currently have 2 beautiful white stretched limousines and are able to treat you on your special day.  We can accommodate groups of up to 10 people in our cars and are available to take you wherever you need to go.

Book a Limo

Bookings are taken in advance of your event.  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your car.  This deposit must be non-refundable because we are committing a car to your trip or event. This means that we will be turning away other business for that same time slot as we have committed to you.

Limousines

Stars Luxury Limousine Service currently has 2 white stretched limousines as well as an executive sedan.  The pictures you see on our website are of our cars.  We want you to see them so you know what you are getting.  The cars are all current body styles (not old ones) so you can be sure you are getting the luxury you ordered.  The two cars differ slightly in interior features but it is standard to have passenger controlled stereo, tv/dvd, heat, A/C, lights.  Both limos have mirrored ceilings and neon lights inside.  This creates a nice experience in the limo.

Gratuity

It is common in livery service to offer a tip to the driver of your limo of 15-20%.  At Stars, we leave this option up to you.  We do not charge the gratuity as part of our fee.   Our drivers will neither request or refuse any gratuity.  If our driver provides good service, you are at liberty to tip him.

Children in the Limo

We are a family-friendly limousine service and are happy to accommodate our young guests.  Our limousine has 3 tether anchors in the back seat and therefore is able to seat 3 car seats.  All children must have appropriate safety seats with them.

Payment Options

At Stars Luxury Limousine Service, we want to make your entire experience comfortable, enjoyable, and user friendly.  This also includes how we take payment.  We have set up a variety of ways for you to pay us and you are free to do so as you are comfortable. All trips require a deposit in advance in order to secure your rental. Full payment must be made at least 48 hours or more in advance of your service date. This is all done in order to ensure a smooth transaction and make sure that your special day runs as smooth as possible.

Payment Options
CASH	We do take cash if you prefer, full payment is still due in advance of your booking
CHEQUE	We are happy to accept your personal cheque for either a deposit or balance payment. Cheques must be received by Stars at least 3 weeks in advance of your event to ensure that we can process the payment and clear it in time for your rental.
	We are happy to process your payment by phone and can accept VISA and MASTERCARD over the phone. Simply call us at 474-3433 to process and confirm your booking
	Paypal is a secure online payment system and we are happy to accept your payment this way. If you are familiar with paypal and would like to use it, you can either fill in the form below or “send money” through an email transaction to sales [at] starsluxurylimousine.com
	Many banks in Canada offer an option where you can send money via Interac Email Money Transfer. This is a very secure and immediate way to send money between people. You may set up a transfer directly to sales [at] starsluxurylimousine.com
