We here at Stars Luxury Limousine specialize in Private “Long Distance” Chauffeuring/Transportation. We are set up to offer charter services to and from much of Northern Ontario and Southern Ontario. We can get you anywhere you desire to go, on time, in comfort, and without having to worry about a thing. Our fleet ranges with vehicles equipped to transfer anywhere from 1 to 11 passengers. Booking/Cancelation Policy
All bookings require a valid credit card to be held on file in case of damages or cancellations. Any cancellations made from the time of booking to 24hrs in advance of the scheduled booking will result in a 25% charge of the total cost. Any cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled booking will result in a 100% charge of the total cost.
Gratuity
We do not charge a gratuity as part of our fee. Our drivers will neither request or refuse any gratuity. If our driver provides good service, gratuity is at your digression.
Payment Options
At Stars Luxury Limousine Service, we want to make your entire experience comfortable, enjoyable, and user friendly. This also includes how we take payment. We have set up a variety of ways for you to pay us and you are free to do so as you are comfortable. Full payment must be made at least 48 hours or more in advance of your service date. This is all done in order to ensure a smooth transaction and make sure that your special day runs as smooth as possible.
